Students in Aberdeen were left feeling rather crabby after a nightclub sent a mass text warning they might have a sexually transmitted disease.
The text, sent by the Underground club, read: "Someone you have had sex with has been diagnosed with an STD."
After a heart-stopping few blank lines, the text continued: "JOKES! I <3 Jager Rocks/House of Hip Hop this Sunday @ Underground, show text for Free Entry!"

The underground STD text was not funny. It took my heart about 10 minutes to get itself together afterwards.
